WPD asking for help locating missing man who may be in need of medication

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Julius Cole Rassin, 22, was last seen near 123 Grace St. around 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16.

Rassin is a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, 165 pounds and with shoulder-length brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray turtleneck, dark jeans, tan deck shoes, a black leather jacket and a long white scarf.

Police believe Rassin is suffering from dementia or another type of cognitive impairment and may be in need of medication.
