WILMINGTON — The Cape Fear Community College has announced that Jay Leno will perform at the Wilson Center in May.
Jay Leno is the former, long-time host of the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” a stand-up comedian, best-selling children’s book author, corporate speaker, television and movie voice-over artist, mechanic and philanthropist.
Leno currently produces and hosts the CNBC television series, “Jay Leno’s Garage,” now in its third season.
Leno is the recipient of many honors, including Emmy, People’s Choice and TV Guide awards, the Harris Poll selection as most popular star on television, the Hasty Pudding Award at Harvard University, the Mark Twain Prize and he is the recipient of a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.
Leno will perform one night only at the Wilson Center on Tuesday, May 15 at 7:30 p.m.
