
CAROLINA BEACH — Early bird passes for Freeman Park are set to become available for two weeks, starting this weekend.
Early bird passes go on sale at a reduced price from Friday, Dec. 1, through Dec. 15.
For $75, the annual permit for the 2018 season can be obtained in person at select locations in Carolina Beach or online at https://freemanpark.clickandpark.com/.
Purchases made after the early bird period will cost $150 for the annual park pass.
The town recently met to discuss potential rule changes including those addressing environmental stewardship, trash, public safety, traffic congestion and camping, but no action was taken.
