WILMINGTON — Traffic heading onto the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge off South Front Street in Wilmington was still being blocked early Wednesday afternoon, several hours after a tractor trailer overturned on the on-ramp.
According to Wilmington Fire Department Battalion Chief David Hines, the trailer was loaded with dry bulk cement and some product spilled out, but did not pose a threat to the area.
