State and federal offices will be closed New Year’s Day, Tuesday, Jan. 1.
New Hanover County government offices and the county landfill will be closed Jan. 1. Offices will reopen Wednesday, Jan. 2.
In Brunswick County, all government offices at the county complex in Bolivia will be closed Tuesday for New Year’s Day.
All Pender County offices will be closed Tuesday and reopen Wednesday.
All Wilmington City offices will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 1.
Trash, yard waste and recycling service will be unaffected by the closure. City customers who normally have their trash, recycling and yard waste picked up on Tuesdays are asked to have all items curbside by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1.
