Parking enforcement resumes, Freeman Park reopens in CB

CAROLINA BEACH — Hurricane Ian halted parking services in Carolina Beach and closed some parks Friday. Operations will begin Sunday, according to town officials.

Parking enforcement will resume and Freeman Park on the southend of the island will reopen, both at 8 a.m. on Oct. 2.
