Laron Lee Carter wanted for deadly Walmart shooting

WILMINGTON, NC—Three teenagers were arrested in connection to the Nov. 12 shooting of 17-year-old Gavin Dozier at the Monkey Junction Walmart. The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for a fourth suspect, Laron Lee Carter.

The sheriff’s office released the image of 22-year-old Carter, who is wanted for first-degree murder. Carter is considered armed and dangerous, and was believed to be in the Fayetteville area.
