The Belville Planning Board will host a regular meeting at 6 p.m. in the Brunswick Community College Leland Center #204. The agenda includes:

The Pender County Planning Board is meeting at 7 p.m. in the Hampstead Annex auditorium, 15060 U.S. Highway 17. Meetings are livestreamed here. The agenda includes:
- Rezoning request for 930 single-family homes for those 55+ in Topsail Township

The Pender County Board of Education will meet at 5 p.m. in the Dr. Katherine Herring Resource Center, 798 US Highway 117 S. Meetings are livestreamed here. The agenda includes:
- Vote to approve design of Topsail Middle School conversion
- Vote on $30 million Bordeaux/Moseley Contract for Topsail Middle School Renovation

The New Hanover County Airport Authority will meet at 5 p.m. in the ILM Conference Room at the airport. The agenda includes a $160K contract with Airfield and Pavement Maintenance, and updates from director, marketing, etc.
Thursday, Sept. 3

The Pender County Technical Review Committee is meeting at 9 a.m. in the public assembly room, 805 South Walker Street. The agenda includes:
- Master development plan for 334 single-family homes off Sidbury Road
- Site development plan for an 11.15 acre expansion of Shaw Mine
- Preliminary plat application for 90 single-family homes on the Southwestern side of Whiskey Trail
