Rob Cutting State Farm Insurance and Street Safe strongly believe in the importance of safe driving, particularly during the holidays. That’s why they’ve created the Holiday Light Tree, to remind residents of the dangers of drunk driving and to encourage people to think before drinking and driving.
For every DWI that occurs in New Hanover County over the month of December, a white light will be changed to green. For every DWI-related fatality, a white light will be changed to red.
