Course 2 (choose one)

Mojo Chicken Wrap
Mojo marinated chicken breast, yellow rice, black beans, spicy slaw, and avocado lime ranch. Served with our mango salsa and wonton chips on the side to dip.

Shrimp Taco Wrap
Chimichurri-marinated shrimp, fire roasted mango salsa, spicy butternut slaw, sour cream, and cilantro salad from our tacos but in a jumbo wrap. Served with mango salsa and wonton chips on the side.

Cuban Wrap
12-hour marinated and 12-hour smoked mojo pork, with house pickles, Swiss cheese, Cuban mustard, and ham — wrapped up and grilled to toasty perfection. Served with mango salsa and wonton chips on the side

Served with two fountain drinks or tea, and a dessert to share.

Course 1 (choose two)

Sirloin
Center-cut 6-ounce sirloin steak, chargrilled, and served with garlic and chive mashed Yukon potatoes, grilled asparagus, and chimichurri compound butter.

Blackened Seafood Pasta
Sweet bay scallops, shrimp, local mussels, cremini mushroom, spinach, sun-dried tomato cream, bucatini pasta, and grilled Cuban bread.

Veggie Pasta
Roasted winter squash, blistered tomatoes, broccolini, cremini mushrooms, spinach, lemon and herb sauce, bucatini pasta, and grilled Cuban bread.
