Vietnam veterans to be commemorated at Belville Riverwalk

BELVILLE — A national Vietnam War veterans commemoration is planned for this weekend in Belville.

Starting at 4 p.m, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Town of Belville welcomes Vietnam veterans who served from November 1955 to May 1975. A ceremony in their honor will be held at the Riverwalk at 580 River Road.

There will be a presentation of the Vietnam Veterans Lapel Pin and surviving spouses of the veterans also will be recognized. Pre-registration of veterans is required: Gerald Decker at vfwpost12196@gmai.com.
