WILMINGTON — A “resume lab” has opened at Cape Fear Community College’s downtown campus, with services offered for free to the community.
The space will be open Mondays, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The lab will be located in the McLeod Building, room 102, at 411 N. Front St.
There will be specialists on hand to help with devising or updating professional resumes for job seekers to remain viable in a competitive market.
“[W]e are committed to helping individuals present themselves effectively and put their best foot forward,” Jim Morton, CFCC president, said in a press release.
