The Kure Beach Community Center is hosting its annual BBQ fundraiser on Saturday.
The event will be held indoors at the community center from 4 – 8 p.m. or until the food runs out. The $9 plates will feature BBQ from Middle of the Island, cole slaw from Big Daddy’s Restaurant, baked beans, potato salad, a dinner roll, dessert and tea.
Tickets can be purchased at the door and the plates are available for dining in or taking home. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward the upkeep and maintenance of the Kure Beach Community Center. For more information on the event, call Kure Beach Town Hall at (910) 458-8216.
