Ground wagyu meat, marinated 24 hours with shepherd marinade based on achiote and Mexican spices, topped with homemade chipotle mayonnaise, caramelized roasted sliced pineapple with brown sugar, caramelized onion with maple honey, strips of fried bacon, fresh tomato, Chihuahua cheese, fresh leaf lettuce, homemade jalapeño dressing, and roasted Serrano chile, sprinkled with lemon pepper and coasted with thin gold sheets of Mexican street corn curls. The burger is served with fried cassava, seasoned with a fresh rosemary chimichurri, parsley, chopped garlic and salt sautéed in olive oil, with pink sauce on the side, made of beetroot, garlic, onion, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
