Food Truck Tracker: August 6-13

WILMINGTON — Port City Daily publishes the Food Truck Tracker every Friday, so folks can know where to access the best mobile eats while planning their weekend activities.

All schedules, which will run Friday to Friday, are subject to weather conditions and cancellations. The addresses of where the food trucks will be parked are alphabetized at the bottom.

WILMYWOODIE
The region’s first wood-fired pizza oven on wheels, this food truck’s 1000-degree oven can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.

LANE’S FERRY
The Pender County institution returns, this time hitting the road with its popular burgers.

Offering fresh, made-to-order gourmet sandwiches, in addition to breakfast options, our of a renovated a 1961 Serro Scotty Sportsman camper.

THE FIRST BITE
The First Bite is a breakfast food truck. We offer breakfast burritos, sandwiches, as well as some other breakfast items. We serve breakfast in the morning, noon, and evenings.

POOR PIGGY’S BBQ
Traditional North Carolina-style barbecue and Southern food, now with three trucks in the Wilmington area. Two of the trucks serve classic BBQ, and the ‘Goin’ Ham’ truck serves burgers. Caterings available here.
