Regular Guacamole — Made with avocado, jalapeño, tomato, onion, cilantro and lime juice, served with tortilla and plantain chips

Nachos — Choose one protein: chicken, quesa birria, ropa vieja (shredded beef), or veggie over top tortilla chips with melted cheese, diced avocado, black beans, corn, jalapeños, radish, pico de Gallo and drizzled with cream

Mexican Street Corn Ribs — Blistered corn ribs, slathered in creamy Mexican-mayo blend, topped with crumbled cotija cheese, Tajin and cilantro

COURSE TWO — CHOOSE ONE

Combo — Choice of two arepas, two tacos, or one of each filled with chicken, ropa vieja (shredded beef), or veggie. Add Salmon, Pork Belly, or Shrimp for +$2 per item

Bonita Bowl — Latin flavors featuring choice of chicken, ropa vieja or veggie, with rice, black beans, avocado, roasted corn, sweet plantains and pico de gallo, topped with a fried egg.

Quesadilla — Choice of chicken, ropa vieja, or veggie

Birria Ramen Soup — Tender birria beef ramen noodles in a guajillo broth, served with cilantro, pickled onion, lime and radish, and two cheese quesadillas for dipping.

Mini Chicken Empanadas — Three mini empanadas, served with guasacaca and aji amarillo sauce

Mini Arepitas — Three corn arepitas served with choice of chicken, ropa vieja, or veggie, guacamole, guasacaca sauce, cilantro, and cotija cheese

Mexican Street Corn Ribs — Blistered corn ribs, slathered in creamy Mexican-mayo blend, topped with crumbled cotija cheese, Tajin and cilantro

Arepas – Two, served with choice of chicken, ropa vieja, or veggie. Add salmon, pork belly, or shrimp for +$2 per item

Quesa Birria Tacos — Two grilled corn tortillas, stuffed with cheese and tender beef, cooked in Mexican spices, lime, cilantro, and onions, served with a side of guajilo consume and tomatillo sauce

Tono Burrito — Big burrito, stuffed with chicken, chorizo, pineapple, rice and beans, topped with chipotle sauce, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese and crema

Trompo Al Pastor — Served as one dish to share, featuring juicy marinated picanha steak, served on a trompost with rice, beans, yuca fries, chimichurri and ahi Amarillo sauce.
