Southern Seafood Chowder: Blend of NC fish with a hint of spicy Charleston Bloody Mary mix.
Strawberry Spinach Salad: Feta cheese and candied pecans and balsamic dressing

Pecan Cornmeal-Crusted NC Catfish Ricoche: Panfried catfish smothered in creole ricochet sauce over rice
Beef Tenderloin Stir-fry: Tender filet pieces with matchstick red peppers, snow peas, carrots, and spinach tossed with noodles and stir-fry sauce
Half Jerk Chicken: Served over black bean cilantro rice.
