CAROLINA BEACH — Boardwalk Blast is roughly two months away from kickoff in Carolina Beach, meaning temperatures are warming as tourist season approaches.

The free weekly concerts and fireworks’ series on Pleasure Island takes place from Memorial Day through Labor Day. As hosted by the Town of Carolina Beach’s Parks and Recreation, all musicians perform on CB’s Boardwalk Gazebo Stage from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with fireworks beginning promptly at 9 p.m. Chairs are welcome and dancing shoes encouraged.
