WILMINGTON — Father John Misty played Greenfield Lake Amphitheater on Sunday, April 16.
Josh Tillman, better known as Father John Misty, was touring support of his latest release, 2022’s “Chloë and the Next 20th Century” (SubPop). It’s his fifth album since Tillman took on his solo performance moniker a decade ago, after exiting as the drummer of Fleet Foxes.
Opening for FJM was international touring musician Omar Valesco, who performs rock, Latin, folk and Afro-Cuban rhythms.
