WILMINGTON — Good news for Chick-fil-A lovers in Porters Neck, a new restaurant is planned for the area and is under construction.
The restaurant will be located adjacent to the Lowes Home Improvement store in Porters Neck, and the address is listed as 191 Porters Neck Road. According to New Hanover County building permits, the restaurant received a commercial zoning permit in January of 2018.
There is no mention of the new restaurant on Chick-fil-A’s website, but county spokeswoman Jessica Loeper confirmed the current construction was indeed a Chick-fil-A.
No opening date has been shared with Port City Daily, but construction crews are on location working to complete the restaurant.
