WILMINGTON — Frantaga T. Lemasney, of Wilmington, NC passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 13, 2025. She was born in Queens, NY on January 5, 1993, daughter of Cecilia Lemasney of Wilmington.
Frantaga moved to Wilmington in April 2005 where she attended Laney High School.
In addition to her mother, Cecilia Lemasney, Frantaga is survived by her twin sister, Shantaga Cherry, younger sisters, Heaven Kittrell and Destiny Lemasney, older sister, Marlene Lemasney, uncles Mark Lemasney, Thomas Wheatley and Floyd Allen, aunt Christine Lemasney, grandmother, Amy Downs, one niece and three nephews.
Frantaga was predeceased by her grandfather, Lloyd Lemasney, Great-grandmother, Pearl Lemasney.
Frantaga was known for her warm and welcoming nature. She never met a stranger, embracing everyone with kindness and an open heart. Her presence brought joy to those who knew her and her love for family was unwavering. Frantaga’s departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, but her memory will live on through the love they shared. May her spirit continue to bring comfort to those who cherished her.
