WILMINGTON — Douglas “Ray” Williams, age 74, of Wilmington, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his daughters, LaTonia Southerland of Wilmington, NC and Charnetta Williams of Jacksonville, FL; siblings, Pamela Williams of New York, NY, Alice Jenkins of Wilmington, NC and Patricia Blackmon (Henry) of Detroit, MI, four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
