OAK ISLAND — Larry J. Hendrick, 80, of Oak Island, NC passed away Friday, January 17, 2025.
Larry was born July 11, 1944 to the late Arthur L. and Pauline S. Hendrick of Hamlet, NC.
Larry provided service to our country in the US Navy, and later was employed with the CSX Seaboard Railroad for over 40 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Phyllis Hendrick; daughters, Cindy Blue, Jennifer Davis Way, and Jennifer Blake; grandchildren, Miranda Blue, Marissa Blue, and Caleb Blake; brother, Tommy Hendrick, and sister Anne Sandford, and numerous extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brothers Michael Hendrick and Wayne Hendrick.
Memorials can be made to charities or churches of your choice.
A private service will be held at a later date.
