Nicholas Lee Lyons was born at Harris Hospital in Harris, New York on May 10, 2021 at 1:15pm to parents Catherine Wormuth and Shaun Lyons Sr. Nicholas passed away suddenly on January 1, 2025 at his home in Southport, North Carolina.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his sister, Faith Anderson in 2015; his father; Shaun P Lyons Sr. in 2017; and grandfather, Bradley T. Wormuth in 2022.
Nicholas leaves behind a beautiful one year old son, Kolton whom he loved beyond measure; his mother, Catherine Anderson; stepfather, Dwayne Anderson; brothers, Shaun Lyons, Curt Lyons, Nathan Lyons, and Noah Anderson; sisters, Savannah Lyons, and Tamiyah Anderson; two grandmothers, Helen Brown and Tammy Miller; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Nick was a dedicated father who prioritized his role as a parent above all else. His supportive nature, passion, and determination were evident in everything he did. Nick was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was providing financial support to those in need or assisting anyone who required it. He had a remarkable ability to gauge the right amount of help to offer, ensuring it was neither excessive nor insufficient.
From an early age, Nick committed himself to physical fitness, channeling his passion for health and wellness into inspiring countless individuals through social media. He genuinely cared for his followers, treating those who maintained contact with him as a close-knit family rather than mere acquaintances. Nick’s dedication extended beyond his personal struggles; he consistently prioritized the well-being of others and was determined to support his loved ones in any way possible.
A hardworking and focused individual, Nick enjoyed engaging in physical activities and encouraged others to embrace similar lifestyles. His enthusiasm for fitness and community engagement was contagious, motivating those around him to pursue their own health goals. He will always be remembered and never forgotten.
