WILMINGTON — Patricia “Pat” Anne (Bradshaw, Wolf) Doersch, 85 of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024 in the Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Born on February 13, 1939 in Nyack, NY, Pat was the daughter of the beloved Lauretta G. Bradshaw and Leo Bradshaw.
Pat’s life will be remembered and celebrated by her husband Kirt Doersch; her three children: son John Wolf of Columbus, OH; son Paul Wolf; daughter Stefanie and her husband Brian Tubin; her grandchildren Sydney and Bryce Tubin of Clarence, NY: step-son Eric and wife Michele Doersch of Midlothian, VA; her siblings: sister Lauretta Michella; brother George Bradshaw and brother Michael and his wife Colleen Bradshaw. Pat is preceded in death by her first husband Richard J. Wolf and brother James Bradshaw.
Coming from a large family, Pat truly cherished every minute spent with friends and family. Pat was passionate about community service and always helping others in their time of need. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross, a tax preparer through AARP, and volunteer cook at the Salvation Army. She loved to sing and participated in numerous choirs throughout her years that brought much joy.
Pat had a green thumb, so she thrived in the garden and was also very artistically inclined in any medium she tried. She enjoyed cooking, winning every card or table game imaginable and traveling the world. She will be remembered for her strength, ability to always deal with anything that came her way, and a smile that would make even the darkest day bright.
A memorial service will be planned at a future date in Virginia.
