WILMINGTON — Karen was born on December 12, 1942, in Jersey City, New Jersey. She is the daughter of Leslie B. Kaniper and Edith M. Kaniper (nee Dagle).
Karen was a loving mother and Grandmother. She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. She worked in Financial Planning, and after her retirement, she enjoyed traveling the world and spending time with her friends and family. Karen was active in her later years and a great role model for everyone who knew her.
Karen is survived by her two children, Glen Holley of Rockaway, NJ, and Heather Landreth (nee Holley) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Michael Landreth, and dear friend, Gerry Rupp. Karen had four loving grandchildren: John Holley, Emma Holley, Owen Landreth, and Warren Landreth.
Karen was loved and will be truly missed by her friends and loved ones.
