WILMINGTON — Kolton Ray Rogers, 24, of Wilmington, NC, died October 5, 2024. Kolton was born September 21, 2000, in Princeton, Minnesota, to Virgil Rogers and Katrina Snow.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather David Santacapita and sister Katelynn Rogers. And extended families from Minnesota, Kentucky and the Western Carolina Mountains.
Kolton had a love for football, he started playing at a young age. Kolton attended Ashley Senior High in Wilmington, NC. He continued his Education at The College of Wilmington, graduating as a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. And worked for the family business, Island Massage & Spa. With a love for food, he also worked as a Cook in several Carolina Beach restaurants, where he made close friends that became family; Island Hots, Hoplite Irish Pub, Lake Park Steakhouse, and Seawitch Café & Tiki Bar.
Kolton leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that no one could match. He never met a stranger, and brought joy no matter where he went or who he was around. He will be missed more than words can say. “You know I love you right?”
