SOUTHPORT — Sylvia Hammontree Ramsey, age 86, of Southport, North Carolina passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024.
Mrs. Ramsey was born August 24, 1937 in Maryville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Dennis and Myrel Hammontree.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Grant and husband Donald; and granddaughter, Dana Grant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Ramsey; and a son, Duane Ramsey.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
