WILMINGTON — Elder Darryl F. Lewis, age 58, of Wilmington, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
A public viewing will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401.
A celebration of Elder Lewis’ life will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, 1119 S 4th St., Wilmington, NC 28401.
Interment will follow at Calvary Memorial Cemetery.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Cynthia S. Lewis of the home; mother, Janie L. Lewis of Wilmington; children, Rebecca Sweat of Guyton, GA, Darryl F. Lewis, Jr. (Sharonda), Radesjia Jackson (Tyron) and Joshua H. Lewis all of Wilmington; stepsons, Jerrod Jaramogi and Jahi Jaramogi both of Baltimore, MD; sisters, District Missionary Shiral Bellamy (Larry) of Fayetteville and Missionary Fay Mason (William) of Wilmington, 14 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
