WILMINGTON — Elmer “Andy” Anthony Davis, age 70, entered into the Glory of his savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday morning, July 11, 2024 in Wilmington.
Andy was born May 17, 1954 in Wilmington, the son of JoAnn Pridgen Davis.and the late Elmer Davis.
He is survived by his mother, Joann Davis; daughter, Dana Howell (Bill); sons, Rusty May, James Mathews (Tracie), John Mathews (Frances), Jason Mathews (Kristin); eleven grandchildren; sister, Kim West (Ricky); and a special family friend who was dedicated to giving him exceptional care, Alison DeVane.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
