HAMPSTEAD — Mrs. Dorothy Patricia Maher, 76 of residence of the Pelican Reef Community in Hampstead, NC passed away on June 16, 2024 at Cypress Point Rehabilitation, Wilmington, NC after a short battle with lung cancer.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 17, 1948 and worked for 38 years for General Motors.
She is survived by her three sisters, Mary O”Kane, Margaret Green and Janet Cantley and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was devoted to All Saints Catholic Church in Hampstead where a funeral mass will be held on Wednesday July 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
