WILMINGTON — Kim Williams Skipper, 59, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021, at her home.
She was born March 4, 1962, in Wilmington to Joseph N. Williams and Margie Parker Williams of Wilmington.
Kim was a member of Freedom Baptist Church. She graduated from Pender Academy and attended UNCW. Kim worked in the family businesses, Williams Plumbing and Skippers Plumbing.
She was a devoted Christian, wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Skip Skipper; son, Trey Skipper; daughter, Brittany Moore, and her husband, Daniel; three grandchildren, Dawson, Hadley and Townsen; two sisters-in-law, Vickie Thompson and husband Wes, and Jeannie Crisco and husband Henry; three nieces, Tonya Millis, Sarah Dawson, and Kristy Rogers-Catts; two nephews, Gregory Rogers, and Travis Rogers; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 3, at Greenlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Dodd Mays officiating.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Freedom Baptist Church.
