HAMPSTEAD — John Murdo Tulloch Jr., 73, died Sunday, March 14, 2021. He was born Oct. 14, 1947, on Long Island, New York, to parents, Viola Algerio and John Murdo Tulloch Sr.
John was a proud U.S. Army veteran and patriot. In addition to serving his country, he played the trumpet in the military band. He was known for knowing a lot about a little of everything. He excelled at fishing, hunting and being a survivalist. He was an amazing chef and baker. He was a member of the NRA. John was also very proud of his Scottish and Italian heritage.
He was preceded in death by wife, Pamela Tulloch; and daughter, Christine Tulloch.
He is survived by his son, Alexander Tulloch (Julia Tulloch); stepchildren, Stephen Foster (Karin Foster) and Deborah Nevin (John Nevin); grandchildren, Amanda Wright, Kyrstin Blea, Andrew Rodriguez, Stevie Foster, Violet Nevin, Aidan Alexander Tulloch, William John Tulloch and Jonathan Gregory Tulloch; great-grandchildren, Joey Wright, Abigail Wright, Sophia Blea, Judith Blea and Edward Blea; brother, Ronald Tulloch; best friend, George; and his beloved dog, Benny.
John will be laid to rest in Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
