LELAND — Sherri Lee Zacher, 55, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at her home.
Sherri was born April 30, 1965, in Kingston, New York. A truly loving and caring person, Sherri made a lasting impression throughout the Compass Pointe community, where she lived with her parents, Lawrence J. Zacher Sr. and Donna Fisher Zacher. In addition to her parents, Sherri is survived by three brothers, Lawrence J. Zacher Jr. (Cori), Matthew T. Zacher (Jill) and Adam S. Zacher (Ellen); nieces and nephews, Megan, Molly, Russell and Grayson; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sherri enjoyed bowling, swimming, mini golf, country music, dancing and golf cart rides with her family. She was a member of Special Touch Ministry, Brunswick Interagency Program and Works of Wonder dance program.
Private services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 9, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel. There will be a flowing condolence line prior to and immediately following the service.
Donations to Woodard’s Adult Daycare or the Alzheimer’s Association in Sherri’s name are appreciated.
