Roger Eric Demchock

HAMPSTEAD — Roger Eric Demchock, 48, loving husband, father and son, unexpectedly passed away Friday, Nov. 27, 2020.

Roger was born Sept. 27, 1972, in Akron, Ohio, to Barbara (Bloom) Demchock and the late Charles Demchock.

Roger was dedicated to his beloved wife and daughter. His “Beautiful” and “Baby Girl,” or “Pumpkin” were the center of his world. His family always came first and his love “to the moon and back” for his girls could be felt by all who knew him. The forever memories created and the outpouring of love he had will live in our hearts forever.

Roger had a passion for sports, a real enthusiast. His favorite teams were the Cleveland Browns, Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians…a true fan! He also enjoyed playing golf with his close friends.

He was best known around the neighborhood and to close friends as the guy who “loved doing cookouts on the smoker” and for his famous Carolina pulled pork and sauce. He loved to cook and entertain with his family and friends and had a dream to one day to open his own restaurant when he retired, “4 Minutes.” He was always the first to lend a helping hand or to listen to anyone in need…a true friend!

Roger is survived by his wife, Nicole Sipala Demchock; daughter, Isabella Demchock; brother, Chuck Demchock, and his wife, Colleen; sisters, Debby West, and her husband, Blain, Michelle McKee, and her husband, Mark, Shelly Proto, and her husband, Kirk, and Carol Demchock; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a college fund for Isabella Demchock at gofundme.com.
