BOILING SPRING LAKES — Mr. Fred Wilson Evans, 87, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020. He was born April 10, 1933, in Pickett County, Tennessee.
Fred was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Ida Hale Evans; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Fred is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Ruth Evans; son, Fred Evans Jr.; daughter, Rhonda Rardin, and her husband, Randy; brothers, Jerry Sam Evans and Carl Evans; grandchildren, Jessica Morse, and her husband, Justin, and Fred Evans III; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 28, at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Bolivia. The service may be viewed beginning at 11 a.m. via White Funeral & Cremation Service’s Facebook page.
