MAPLE HILL — Shannon L. Williams, 44, died Monday, Aug. 5, 2019, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 19, 1974, in Wilmington to Glenn and Phyllis Williams.
Shannon graduated from New Hanover High School in 1993 and attended Cape Fear Community College. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed racing, but the loves of his life were his girls.
Survivors include his wife, Beth, of Maple Hill; daughters, Ellie and Audrey Williams, both of Maple Hill; parents, Glenn and Phyllis Williams of Wilmington; brother, Corky, and his wife, Rose Williams, of Whiteville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, at Andrews Valley Chapel. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10 a.m. prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shannon’s memory to the Pender County Humane Society.
