WILMINGTON — Margie Jean Stephens, 70, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, at her home.
Margie was born Dec. 20, 1948, in Craven County, the daughter of the late James Henry and Nancy Enwright Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Travis Stephens; sisters, Gail Cobb, Faye Gore and JoAnn Sykes; and grandsons A.J. Stephens and Kaleb Stephens.
She leaves behind her children, including sons, Travis Stephens Jr. and his fiancee, Angel, Eddie Stephens, and his wife, Karrie, Tony Stephens, and his wife, Holly, and Chuck Stephens, and his wife, Charlene; daughters, Missy Stephens, and her fiance, Tommie Gardner, and Dodie S. Englehart, and her husband, Donald; brothers, Allen Smith and Ricky Knowles; and sisters, Diane Smith ans Debbie Everson.
The family will see friends from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, April 12, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel with funeral services following at 11 a.m. Burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
