Christopher ‘Shane’ Jordan, 24, musician who could ‘make the guitar sing’

WILMINGTON — Christopher “Shane” Jordan, 24, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.

He was born April 22, 1994, to parents, Becky Roberts and Kevin Jordan.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, Shirley Jordan.

He is survived by his parents; dear little sister, Abby Guevara; much loved and treasured, Nana Marcia Kennedy, and her husband, Greg; papa, Bobby Roberts, and his wife, Karen; grandpa, Manley Jordan; aunt, Angie Roberts, and her husband, uncle Jay); uncle, Eddy Roberts; and cousin, Luke Roberts.

Shane had a fond love of music, and he could make the guitar sing. He was kind, soft-hearted and loved entertaining those around him with his wildly funny array of faces and shenanigans. Shane was at one amongst nature. He truly enjoyed walking and taking in all the wonders of earth. Though far too soon for his family, Shane is finally home, at peace, in his Maker’s arms.
