WILMINGTON — Randall “Ryan” Carroll, 38, son of Randy Carroll and Rhonda Germany, passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2018. He was born Feb. 8, 1980, in Wilmington.
Ryan was a graduate of East Columbus High School and went on to study at Southeastern Community College and Cape Fear Community College. He was employed at Coatings and Adhesives for the past 11 years.
He enjoyed playing golf and camping trips with his friends and family. Ryan had a passion for animals and had several rescues. Ryan was a fun-loving guy who never met a stranger. He brought so much laughter and humor to every situation, even when he shouldn’t have. His charismatic ways will be missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Carroll; maternal grandfather, Ellis Bordeaux; and maternal step-grandfather, Walter Mills.
Ryan will forever be cherished by his loving daughter, Isabella Paige Carroll of Wilmington; girlfriend, Lauren Helms of Wilmington; father, Randy Carroll; mother, Rhonda Germany; stepfather, David Germany; brother, Chase Carroll, and his wife, Shonda, and Liberty (niece) and Caden (nephew); maternal grandmother, Vera Mills, all of Riegelwood; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 9, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel.
