CAROLINA BEACH — Timothy Clay “Tim” Vick, 62, departed his journey here on earth Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018.
He was born Aug. 26, 1956, in Rocky Mount, the son of the late Ishmael and Jackie Vick. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Cheryle; daughters, Tresa and Hope; and son, Timmy.
He was a beloved husband, daddy, granddaddy and friend. Tim never met a stranger and could keep a smile on anyone’s face.
Tim leaves behind to cherish his memory Lisa, the mother of his children; daughters, Kim and Amanda; son, Matt; and granddaughters, Autumn and Lizzie.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 6, at Benvenue Baptist Church, 2464 Benvenue Road, Rocky Mount.
