Tina Marie Railey, 50, was called to be with our Lord Sunday, April 8, 2018.
Tina worked for the New Hanover County School System as a support associate. Working in many schools, she was loved and respected by many students, faculty and coworkers.
Tina was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, especially having gatherings at her home. She was a kind, caring, compassionate soul who was loved by all who knew her. Always giving, her generosity showed in all her thoughtful gestures. With a heart of gold and a helpful hand, Tina was always there for others.
She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Tracy and their son, Cory, who she took great pride in. She is also survived by her parents, Mae Ann and M.L. Wilkins; and brother, Terry, who were all very close. Also surviving her is her favorite girl, Laney. Tina leaves behind many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends, all of whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her sister and forever friend, Teresa Lineberry.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, April 13, at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel, South College. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 14.
There are no words for the loss of such a beautiful spirit. Tina will truly be missed, but her love remains in our hearts, always.
