WINNABOW — Barbara Jane Hobbs Lewis, age 71, of Winnabow, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22, at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice and LifeCareCenter.
Barbara had retired from the North Carolina Department of Correction.
Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Radford Gurganious of Leland; sisters, Brenda Fletcher (Tom) of Raleigh and Sue Ewell (Allen) of Wilmington; brother, Roy Hobbs (Diane) of O’Fallen, Ill.; one granddaughter, Kimberli Cumber (Brett); and soon to be born twin great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at the graveside in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
