Margaret Thomas Scott, 93, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016.
She was born in Wilmington on Jan. 3, 1923 to the late Arthur Thomas (Doc) and Mae Irene Thomas.
She is survived by two daughters, Diane Clayton Burr and Judy Ann Nicoll; one brother, Lowell Thomas; two sisters, Betty McCartney and Wanda Casavant; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately.
