WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH — The Wrightsville Beach Police Department is searching for Francisco Watkins, 41, who went missing on the afternoon of Oct. 11.
Watkins, who also goes by Frank, is 5’11” with long black hair. He was last seen at his job site at North Lumina Avenue in Wrightsville Beach. He is known to frequent areas in and around Atkinson and Burgaw, along with Brunswick, Pender and New Hanover counties.
