Two men wanted in connection to Safe Way robbery

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department is looking to question two men in connection to a robbery that took place at a convenience store on Thursday evening.

Cameras located inside the Safe Way at 3316 Wilshire Blvd. caught images of the men at 6:41 a.m. on Feb. 17. One is believed to be in his early 20s, 6-feet tall, and weighing approximately 140 to 150 pounds; he was wearing a green jacket.

The second male, also in his early 20s, is described as 5-feet-7-inches tall and around 110 to 120 pounds.

WPD reported both men were armed with handguns and left the premises with an undisclosed amount of money.
