CAROLINA BEACH — Due to inclement winter weather approaching the coast Saturday morning, Carolina Beach announced public restrooms will be closed throughout the weekend.
The restrooms will not be accessible until Monday, Jan. 31. Draining pipes are being turned off to ensure no pipelines freeze or break from the falling temperatures that are expected to reach a low of 22 degrees on Saturday, Jan. 29.
