Wilmington police report missing 12-year-old girl

WILMINGTON –– Wilmington police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 12-year-old girl.

Amber Everette Rose-Wilkinson weighs between 85 and 90 pounds and is 5-foot-5-inches tall. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing the same blue hoodie that is in the above photo, blue jeans and a purple backpack.

According to WPD, she may be headed downtown or to the Cape Fear Center of Inquiry. She was last seen Sunday night around 7:30 p.m. in the 600 block of South 4th Street.
