WILMINGTON –– A 50-year-old Wilmington man was arrested by the U.S. Marshall Service this week for indecent liberties with a child.
Additionally, James Donelle Gause was charged with incest and statutory rape. He is being held under a $1,000,000 secured bond.
Wilmington Police Department investigated this ongoing case.
