Second suspect arrested in Nixon Street murder

WILMINGTON — U.S. Marshals Task Force apprehended 30-year-old Joseph Point in Wilmington on Wednesday in connection to the murder of 23-year-old Oarmonz Dikal Days. His brother, Adrian, was arrested on Tuesday, Mar. 16.

Point was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and accessory after the fact, and is being held without bond.

His brother was charged with first degree murder and possession of firearm by a felon, and is also being held without bond.

Last Thursday police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert at 2:50 p.m. They found Days in critical condition, and transported him to NHRMC where he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
